In order to guarantee a service based on maximum customer satisfaction and, more generally, all interested parties, our organization defines the reference principles of its Quality Policy, committing itself to understanding customer needs and planning its own activities to fully satisfy them. In the same way we operate in compliance with requests and requirements:

  • Of the country in which we operate, complying with laws and regulations
  • Of all the parties involved in their processes

Our organization identifies the various activities carried out as processes to be planned, controlled and constantly improved and best manages the resources for their implementation. Develop your processes to be unique:

The organization assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of its QMS, making the necessary resources available and ensuring that the planned objectives are compatible with the internal and external context and the strategic directions of the organization.

The organization communicates the importance of the QMS and actively involves all interested parties, coordinating and supporting them. The organization plans its processes with a risk-based thinking (RBT) approach in order to implement the most suitable actions to:

  • Assess and treat risks associated with processes
  • Exploit and reinforce opportunities

The organization promotes, at all organizational levels, an adequate sense of proactivity in managing its risks and is aware that the involvement of staff and all stakeholders, combined with the active participation of all collaborators, are a primary strategic element .

It promotes the development of internal professionalism and the careful selection of external collaborations in order to equip itself with competent and motivated human resources. The organization has a permanent objective of improving the performance of its QMS. The preliminary assessment of the risks and opportunities connected to company processes, the internal and external verification activities, and the management review are the tools that the organization implements to constantly improve itself.

The tool chosen for the pursuit of its Policy by the Organization is a Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. Among the objectives that the organization sets itself for 2024, there are those of tackling the epidemiological spread of sars-cov-2, of continuing with the implementation of the Quality Management System, through training and information courses on the system , which is of particular importance. Our organization also has the onerous but essential objective of operating in order to leave the imprint of its brand, while at the same time ensuring the correct management of all production activities.
